Online Registration by completion of the Membership Application Form comprising of your a) personal basic information, NID or passport and photo, b) education with a proof of JU graduation, c) residence & domicile addresses, d) family information and their photos, e) nominee details and photo, f) profession and work details with business card (if any), g) TIN, h) information about affiliation with another club/ party/ organization/ association.

Seconding the Application Form Electronically by another 3 Regular Member of the Club. This will be done automatically by the system. You can select as many as 5 persons to select your Seconder. Once finalised, they all will get an email and a link to approve your request for seconding the application. All updates will be notified by emails.

Signing the printout of the successful Application Form having a QR Code embedded by the system from the Club Website. There is hardly any part to be filled up by hand. Most of it is typed by the system.

Approval of the Member Application by the Membership Committee or the Executive Committee of the Club.

Upon receiving approval from the designate committee an applicant shall receive a Demand Note from the Club Office for depositing the membership fee. Until the membership Fee is deposited the membership shall remain incomplete.
